Located in the prestigious Palm Jumeirah, specifically in Frond M, this villa features a stunning kitchen designed by Julia Eissing. One of the standout features of this kitchen is the elegant glass fronts that enhance natural light and seamlessly blend the rest of the interior space. The design process presented its own set of challenges, particularly in integrating a secret door to the helper’s room and a hidden coffee area, both of which required innovative solutions to maintain the kitchen’s sleek aesthetic.

Designing this luxury kitchen was a rewarding experience. Most of the units are completely bespoke and the homeowners initially had a kitchen half the size of the new design and requested larger appliances, including 90cm Gaggenau fridges, a big oven, a wine cooler, and a freezer with a water dispenser. A Quooker tap was also integrated, further elevating the kitchen’s functionality while maintaining its streamlined look. To accommodate these needs, Julia reworked the floor plan, extending the kitchen area and repositioning the island for improved functionality.

The doors are finished in a sleek AV5090 white glass, adding to the kitchen’s modern appeal and ensuring it stands out as a luxurious space.
