Step into this stunning Jumeirah Park home and you will immediately sense the owners’ modern, cohesive vision for their space. The first floor is a bright open space that seamlessly connects the indoor to the outdoor with large glass panes opening up to a stunning poolside perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The living, dining, and kitchen all come together to create an enviable space filled with a balance of slick modernity and warm personality.

With the guidance of architecture firm Reimagine Spaces and senior kitchen designer John McWhinnie, the kitchen was envisioned as a focal point for the space as friends and family would flow easily between the multiple zones. To maintain the light and airy look, McWhinnie used a combination of Häcker Sand Vintage Oak wood laminate and high gloss white fronts complemented by black volcanic rock stone worktops from Silestone.

Two separate seating areas in this kitchen create an abundance of space for both dining or working. Overlapping countertops add a unique touch to the two areas, and creative light fixtures serve both a functional and aesthetic role.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top tier Miele appliances, making it not only a visual delight but also an incredibly functional space. The downdraft extractor ensures that scents are managed without disrupting the island’s look. There is also no shortage of storage, ensuring that every item can be tucked away to keep this space sleek and tidy.
