The Client Quality Check (CQC) process is the final stage in our journey to deliver your Häcker kitchen. It is a comprehensive and systematic evaluation that involves a detailed inspection carried out by our Senior Installation Manager before the project’s completion, primarily aimed at ensuring that all aspects of quality craftmanship have been adhered to and our installation standards have been met.

It is important that you are present in this meeting to exhaustively check for all snags as this will be considered the final snag list. Our Senior Installation Manager creates a detailed snagging report noting any concerns and pending work that needs to be completed. Once all snags from the agreed CQC list have been resolved, your kitchen installation is considered complete.
