Senior Technician
At Häcker UAE, a kitchen is only as good as its installation. Every design decision, every considered detail, depends on precision on-site to become real. This role is where craft meets execution: fitting kitchens to the exacting standard the brand is built on, project after project, client after client.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of delivery. You’ll lead a team on-site, manage the details that keep an installation running to plan, and bring the same rigour to a client’s home as to the workshop the kitchen left behind.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently install kitchens according to Häcker UAE standards, drawings and process
- Conduct MEP checks and pre-installation site checks, reporting issues early
- Manage contractors on site and resolve issues directly and calmly
- Coordinate installations with designers, clients, contractors and consultants
- Read and execute technical drawings and fitting instructions with precision
- Handle loading, unloading and site logistics as required
- Carry out sink and tap plumbing to the required standard
- Supervise, train and support technicians, and assist with onboarding new team members
- Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment in safe, good working condition
Every installation is a direct expression of what the brand stands for. This role carries that responsibility on-site, every day, project after project.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in the assembly of high-end kitchens
- 5+ years’ experience leading a team
- High school education and relevant trade certification
- Strong technical drawing literacy and precise use of tools and equipment
- Skilled in cabinet levelling, joinery and adjustment
- A valid UAE driving licence
- Comfortable with basic computer and CRM app use
- Good physical fitness and a calm, collaborative approach under pressure
We look for people who take the same care fitting a hinge as was taken designing it, and who understand that every installation reflects the standard the brand promises.
