Kitchen Designer
At Häcker UAE, kitchen design is a discipline, not a transaction. Since 1898, considered craft has set the standard we build every kitchen against, and this role is where that standard meets the client directly: guiding a brief from first conversation through to final installation, in a market that expects the same rigour in delivery as in design.
This is a role at the centre of things. You’ll lead client relationships across residential and trade projects, work closely with architects, developers and contractors, and shape how the brand is experienced, in the studio and beyond it.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships from first conversation through to installation and beyond
- Build a considered pipeline of opportunities across trade, design and architecture networks
- Guide clients through the design process: consultations, concepts, site visits and proposals
- Produce accurate renders and technical drawings, and oversee their quality
- Coordinate with suppliers to keep specifications and quotes precise
- Lead and mentor a design team, setting the standard through your own work
- Oversee contracts, variations and production scheduling with care
- Uphold brand visual guidelines across every project and studio touchpoint
Every stage of a project, from a first site visit to a completed installation, reflects on how the brand is experienced. This role carries that responsibility directly, working alongside design and sales leadership to shape it further across the UAE.
Requirements
- Experience in high-end kitchen design and sales
- Confidence managing full client relationships, from consultation to handover
- A structured, considered approach to design and project management
- Proficiency in Winner Compusoft or similar software; AutoCAD and Photoshop an advantage
- Advanced English and strong interpersonal skill across client and trade conversations
- A collaborative approach to leading and developing a team
We look for people who bring the same precision to a client conversation as to a technical drawing, and who understand that this role represents the brand as directly as any campaign does.
